well hello there...
Im Sharane. My traditional bio would talk about being a two decade plus year real estate veteran here in Arizona... blah blah blah.
But I think traditional bios leave a lot to be desired.
Instead, I will say that I am a mult-faceted human. My true lifes work is to activate others to life to be the fullest, most joyful expression of their true self. And yes, I just happen to "do" RE investing as well. Titles are sloppy, but if you want to know what makes me tick.. its a mash-up of real estate, expansive travel, the outdoors, personal growth, human connection, a variety of side projects, and a constant exploration of expanding consciousness.
My greatest joy is EMPOWERING people to live healthy, happy, inspired lives.
Starting SPRING 2025 I will be launching a new venture: the Elev8-ed Agent.
More than just a strong, collaborative community of like-minded friends in the business, Elev8-ed Agent is a movement where real estate professionals can expand their creative deal-making skills and wealth building. But most importantly, the foundation of the community will be deep, personal work.

about Sharane
A born and raised Alaska girl, its in Sharane's blood to take the road less traveled.
Its started traditionally enough.... Sharane began her real estate career 20+ years ago and with a tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence quickly achieved recognition as top 7% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide for production. She and her husband then started a real estate investing business and owned over 130 properties and were landlords to countless tenants.
But, life gives us opportunites to grow, and these opportunites don't always come as rainbows and sunshine. In 2011 Sharane was bitten by something that changed her life forever: She got lyme disease. It stripped away years of her life and took her from a super active, full of life person to a bedridden shell of herself that was left fighting for her life.
Literally. For years.
Not one to give up, she crafted her own life saving protocol that involved an equal part of mindset, energy, and unconventional treatments and used that experience to launch an insect repellant athleisure clothing line called PESKYS to help save lives and raise awareness. She was proud to have athletes at the Rio Olympics wearing her line that was born out of trial and misfortune.
She also got a second re-boot that connected the dots of her early years of spiritual experiences, time working in the christian ministry, an initiation as an african diviner, and an insatiable curiosity of all things human expansion, science and consciousness, and the untapped human potential.
Sharane's true passion is creating and living an Elev8-ed life since she herself was given a second chance. This passion is a theme in her business, her world wide ranked podcast, retreats, monthly gatherings, speaking engagements and upcoming community Elev8 Agent.
Sharane believes that it is our birthright to create healthy, happy, and empowered lives that inspire us and create an energy of good for the world. In every aspect of her work, she stays true to what she knows is her life work: to help others ignite their inner alchemist and become the fullest expression of who they were meant to be.
